Thanks to the cooler weather, ramps are on the menu for another week: Fresh Rainbow Trout with Melted Ramps and Lemon Butter, Tempura Ramps, Potato Ramp Soup, and more!. Also Whole Wheat Cappelini Pasta with Ramps, Mushrooms, and Goat Cheese, Apple Smoked Barbecue Sampler, Pork Jaegarschnitzel with Brown Mushroom Sauce, Black Angus Cowboy Steak, Goat Cheese Pillows, and Strawberry Brownie Shortcake.
